Dr. Alias C. Jacob

Founding Chairman

Founding Chairman of Vineyard Education, Dr. Jacob brings 42+ years of expertise in strategic education leadership, edtech innovation, and global partnerships across UAE, Canada, India, and Africa.

A proven leader who has raised $800M+ in funding and implemented 27 major projects including Chris Canadian Global School and SEAL, he drives affordable, world class online schooling through business transformation and social impact initiatives. His visionary leadership spans executive roles at Etisalat (UAE), ZANTEL (Zanzibar), and Sharjah Municipality, where he pioneered city-wide strategic programs.

Dr. June Amanna

Chief Executive Officer

With 34+ years of progressive experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, and as a teacher across India and the UAE, Dr. June is a seasoned school leader dedicated to delivering high-quality, inclusive education. She has successfully led large schools in the UAE and India, driving curriculum upgrades to international standards, improving literacy and assessment practices.

Her qualifications include a Ph.D. in Education, NPQH (University College London), and advanced leadership training in the US, strengthening her ability to design strategic improvement frameworks and vibrant, future ready learning environments.

Mr. Sadhu Sunder Samuel Anuparthy

With 28+ years as an academic entrepreneur across UAE and India, Mr Samuel specializes in delivering affordable, world-class education to underserved students. As Director and Principal Consultant of Progressive English School (Sharjah, UAE), he transformed academic outcomes while maintaining accessible quality.
