An expert in Strategic Organizational Development & Business Transformation, Dr Jacob has over 40 years of professional industry experience comprising Executive Management & Directorial roles as Chief Strategy Advisor, Chief Financial Officer and Board Director to government, semi-government and private entities such as Etisalat, Sharjah Municipality, Bee’ah, ZANTEL, KCC, etc. Dr. Jacob’s stellar career has spanned sectors across management consulting, strategic advisory, business turnaround, environment and sustainability, real estate development and management, financial services, equity, and debt funding, project financing, etc.
He successfully developed and implemented several major citywide strategic programs and municipality projects, one of which led to the creation of a UAE-based PPP company in partnership with the Government of Sharjah and private investors.

Dr Alias Jacob

He is an Engineer and Marketing Consultant who has 34 years of experience and has held various positions in healthcare and engineering, his experience is spread over the Middle East, North America, and Africa.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Religious Arts in Theology, and an honorary degree of Doctor of Divinity from The Clarion School of Ministry in Oklahoma. He is also a member of The Institution of Engineers India - Chartered Division.
